2. Verification & Approval:
• Our team will review the details and confirm the shipping error.
3. Resolution Options:
• We will send the correct item at no additional cost.
• If the correct item is out of stock, you can choose another item of equal value or receive store credit.
• You may be required to return the incorrect item before we process the exchange. We will provide return instructions if needed.

Important Notes
• Items must be in their original condition (unworn, unwashed, and with tags attached).
• We do not offer refunds for shipping errors, only replacements or store credit.
• Fancyabi Collections will cover all return shipping costs for verified shipping errors.

Fancyabi Collections Delivery Policy

At Fancyabi Collections, we ensure a smooth and reliable delivery process for all orders. Please read our delivery policy to understand how we handle shipping and delivery.

• Within Nigeria: Delivery takes 2-5 business days,depending on location.
• International Orders: Delivery takes 7-14 business days,depending on the destination and customs clearance.
• Orders are processed within 24-48 hours after payment confirmation.

Delivery Options
• Standard Delivery: Estimated timeframe applies.
• Express Delivery: Available for select locations at an additional cost.
• Pickup Option: Customers within Warri/Delta state can choose to pick up their orders from our store/ office.

Delivery Charges

Tracking & Notifications
